Sal Grasso’s career in the Construction Management
industry has spanned over eight years. His knowledge and experience in management,
design and estimating, engineering and construction of HVAC systems are exemplary
in the industry. As a Senior Consultant of the Energy Services division for
Southland Industries, Sal has responsibility for overseeing sales, engineering,
operations, estimating, and construction of projects within the division of
performance contracting. He also has extensive experience in the successful
management of numerous commercial real estate and aerospace projects as well.

ABOUT JEFF KLEIN – VP, DEVELOPMENT
Jeff Klein is responsible for overseeing the development
of the NARREIA.com website and its online marketing. He manages a team of 6
website programmers and designers in India. Jeff also shares responsibility
with Sean Brown for the development of NARREIA's human network - the Advisors.
He travels to emerging investment markets around the country to interview and
recruit savvy Advisors which form the backbone of NARREIA's service to its investor-clients.
Before he joined NARREIA, Jeff owned Bizwala, a web design
and marketing company in Las Vegas. During his five years with Bizwala, he gained
valuable marketing and project management experience which led him directly
into the NARREIA project. He managed all of Bizwala's projects, working directly
with clients and the development team, many of whom resided in India. His fluency
in Hindi and degree in South Asian Studies has helped him excel in this arena.
He also earned a search engine marketing certification and learned many internet
marketing skills, helping to increase traffic and clients to Bizwala via the
internet.

including management of an overseas Indian programming team. Major Clients:
