On Air Host of a weekly prime-time property-based real estate show in Las Vegas. Wrote all segments. Coordinated on-location shoots. Attended production meetings with television stations. Assisted in post-production activities.

United Airlines, Frontier Airlines; July 1994 – July 2003
Captain, First Officer, and Second Officer on Boeing 727, 737, 747-400, and 777. Senior Instructor on Airbus A320. Manage a 5-18 person crew in both Domestic and International operations. Facilitate in resolving issues between crewmembers and the customer, management, and other crewmembers. Suggest, research, create, and implement company policy. Develop training programs. During the startup of Frontier Airlines, act as liaison between the company, flight operations, maintenance, and the FAA. Represent pilots in scheduling meetings with management. Train students. Train others to become instructors.

Supervised the team that produced all publications for the Airlines' startup and FAA Certification. Involved in developing policy and procedures for all divisions of the company, from Flight Operations and Maintenance to Marketing and Reservations. Built, trained, lead, and managed the Publications and MIS departments. Designed, built, and administrated a mixed platform network of over 100 nodes. Left position to become pilot at the same company.

 


USAF PILOT (Captain) / LOADMASTER (Staff Sergeant)

Peterson AFB, Colorado Springs, CO / Mansfield Lahm, Mansfield, OH
October 1984 – May 1996
Flew C-130 aircraft on many different types of missions including domestic and international transport, tactical low level airdrop, and assault landings into austere airfields. Developed and produced many training documents for the USAF Undergraduate Pilot Training program. Supervised cargo and passenger loading and unloading. Performed airdrop of cargo and personnel.


RELATED SKILLS: Trim Carpenter and Roofer

I grew up working with my Stepfather and Uncle, building and remodeling houses and roofing (slate, asphalt, and tin). I have rehabbed several houses (to live in) and have FSBO'd (both sides). I am capable in all aspects of home repair, from electrical and plumbing to structural and trim.

ABOUT SALVATORE GRASSO - CFO

Sal Grasso’s career in the Construction Management industry has spanned over eight years. His knowledge and experience in management, design and estimating, engineering and construction of HVAC systems are exemplary in the industry. As a Senior Consultant of the Energy Services division for Southland Industries, Sal has responsibility for overseeing sales, engineering, operations, estimating, and construction of projects within the division of performance contracting. He also has extensive experience in the successful management of numerous commercial real estate and aerospace projects as well.

Created and implemented pre-proposal process to expedite client approval.
Additional responsibilities included: Operations demand and cost analysis; billing schedule of values; purchasing and planning for key accounts; provide management information reports. Managed accounts and bid projects ranging from $30,000 to $7.5 million in the government and commercial office sectors. Major markets: OPUS, Toyota, City of LA, Disney, Las Vegas. Current Total Volume: $19 million. Average selling cycle: 1 - 3 years

Xcel Mechanical, Inc., December 2001 – July 2003
Responsible for sales and execution of design build HVAC projects which included chillers, boilers, rooftop equipment, ducting, etc., within the greater Los Angeles region. Individuals interfaced with: Architects and General Contractors.
Additional responsibilities included: Estimating, sales, project start-up, purchasing for key accounts. Managed accounts and bid projects ranging $50,000 to $600,000 in the aerospace and commercial office sectors. Major markets: Northrop Grumman, TRW, Boeing, Kilroy Corp. Realty, Raytheon. #1 for total sales of seven projects managers. Grew customer base from $380,000 to $1.8 million. Total Volume: 1.4 million. Average selling cycle: 1 - 5 months.

Siemens Building Technologies, Inc., February 1998 – November 2001
Responsible for sales/marketing for building automation projects and service which included energy management systems and software within Southern California. Individuals interfaced with: Plant engineers, Company officers and Property managers.
Additional responsibilities included: Managing sales for new market segments, which encompassed conveying company’s best total solution. Average selling cycle: 1 - 5 months. Major markets: Warner Bros., CBS, Barstow Marine Base, LACC, etc. Sold approx. 425K in commercial office sector vertical market out of sales plan of 300K. Sold approx. 775k in college/university market out of sales plan of 500K

Marketing Executive
Goodman Group Advertising, July 1992 – February 1998
Transitioned from intern to Marketing Executive. Responsible for sales/marketing of advertising/promotions of major commercial and industrial accounts within New York State. Individuals interfaced with: Hotel and chain restaurant managers and middle/upper management of mid-level business.
Additional responsibilities included: Liaison between distributor & merchant, inventory control, account execution and expense reporting. Average selling cycle: 1 - 2 months. Major markets: Miller Brewery, Chrysler, Du Pont, etc. Sold over 700K in Industrial sector.

ABOUT JEFF KLEIN – VP, DEVELOPMENT

Jeff Klein is responsible for overseeing the development of the NARREIA.com website and its online marketing. He manages a team of 6 website programmers and designers in India. Jeff also shares responsibility with Sean Brown for the development of NARREIA's human network - the Advisors. He travels to emerging investment markets around the country to interview and recruit savvy Advisors which form the backbone of NARREIA's service to its investor-clients.

Before he joined NARREIA, Jeff owned Bizwala, a web design and marketing company in Las Vegas. During his five years with Bizwala, he gained valuable marketing and project management experience which led him directly into the NARREIA project. He managed all of Bizwala's projects, working directly with clients and the development team, many of whom resided in India. His fluency in Hindi and degree in South Asian Studies has helped him excel in this arena. He also earned a search engine marketing certification and learned many internet marketing skills, helping to increase traffic and clients to Bizwala via the internet.

Started and owned Bizwala.com in 2000 as an S-corporation in Las Vegas, NV. Developed Bizwala into one of the premier, high-end web development companies in Las Vegas. Operated offices in both the Twin Cities, MN, and Las Vegas, NV. Primary responsibilities were search engine marketing and web project management, including management of an overseas Indian programming team. Major Clients: St. Paul Public Library, Golf Adventures, Viaggio. Managed over 10,000 domains. Annual Volume: $750,000.
