Getting Started with NARREIA

The first step is to register with NARREIA. It's free, and the most personal information that you're required to give us, aside from your name, is your email address. Not only does this give us a login username, but it also identifies how you came to NARREIA. Because we're free, the only objection we ever really hear is that people are concerned that we'll distribute your contact information to third parties. Believe me, I HATE spammers as much as you do. I promise that we will NEVER sell or give out your registration information.

If the site is free, why do you need to register before you get full access? Our site is completely free for you to use because it is driven by referral fees from the commissions driven by the properties we and our Clients buy. For us to send that referral fee, we need to know how you discovered us. If an Agent went out of their way to tell you about NARREIA, they have done you a great service, and they should be rewarded by getting the referral fees from the commissions you generate. So we need to get you registered so we know where the referral fee goes. For those of you who were not referred by an agent (ie, you came through a search engine or a non-agent friend told you about us), the referral fee goes to NARREIA. This is part of the business model that allows us to build the website and Advisor network and keep it free for everyone. Nifty, eh?

Certainly, you might say "How do I know if I want to register or not? I don't know anything about NARREIA or the website?" Well, besides the fact that it's free and virtually risk free, there is quite a bit of information in the open access portion of the website. Feel free to browse around. If you come to an area that requires you to register, we'll tell you. You can back out and go explore other areas of the website until you're satisfied that we are who we say we are, and eventually you'll register. If you're champing at the bit to register right now, you can click here and get it over with. FYI, the links for the Clients in the area below are open access, so you don't have to register to read them. The areas for the Agents and Advisors are protected, but once you're registered, I invite you to see how Agents and Advisors can best utilize NARREIA. After all, we're all on the same team, and we should know what we are all doing and why. Information, knowledge, and clear communication is critical for NARREIA to be maximally utilized.

On with the Show

NARREIA is basically two components, the network of investor savvy real estate agents and the website. As simple as that may seem, there really is a lot to NARREIA. This section will help you learn how to best utilize NARREIA from the perspective of the Client, Agent and Advisor.

Basically, a Client finds NARREIA, either through our general marketing, or they are referred in by a friend or an Agent. The procedural flowchart below pretty much outlines the process:

Clients

For the individual Client, your objective is pretty clear: you want help building a strategy and finding properties to fill your portfolio. You can click here and learn how to go, step-by-step, through the process of figuring out what you need, where you want to buy it, and who you can get to help you buy it.

Agents

For Agents, you have two main concerns. Primarily, you need to figure out how to help your Clients get involved in NARREIA and how they can get started locating properties across the nation. To do this, we suggest you read the section we have developed for the individual Clients. Your next concern, then, should be how you can maximize your benefit from NARREIA. We're an open book when it comes to this, so individual Clients are more than welcome to learn how Agents and Advisors can further benefit from NARREIA. Why shouldn't they understand the value that you add to their investing experience, and they should appreciate that you will be rewarded for this. It is the NARREIA concept that no one pays a dime to use our services, but when a Client buys an investment property, they are getting something that benefits them, and the Agents and Advisors that are involved benefit from the commission paid by the seller. It's a win-win-win philosophy that permeates throughout NARREIA.

Advisors

Whether you are a new Advisor, an Advisor candidate, or a seasoned Advisor looking to maximize your benefit from NARREIA, we have developed a section for you. Again, we suggest you read the section on how Clients can benefit. Then you should read the section that we have developed for the Agents, as you are first and foremost an Agent yourself. One of the great aspects of being an Advisor is that you can help your Clients by diversifying their portfolio across the country while helping other Agents and Clients locate and buy properties in your own market. Once you read those sections, you can learn how to take full advantage of NARREIA and the website as an Advisor, as the more you put into it, the more you get out of it, and the more NARREIA as a whole benefits and grows.

Onward and Upward

For everyone, it is important to realize that this organization is for everyone. It takes all three types of members, Clients, Agents, and Advisors, for NARREIA to work. Has it sunk in yet that all we are doing is pooling our information and knowledge, banding together like a military outfit, and that we are all in this together, sink or swim? We have many Clients that provide us with very valuable intel. One of my better Clients contacted me recently and informed me of a great bargain in Raleigh, NC. We looked into it, and sure enough, it was a good, viable investment that some of our other Clients could take advantage of. Once you realize that we are all players on the same team, and the bigger, better, and more knowledgeable we get, the better it is for all of us, we will all start to build wealth and be able to free ourselves from the financial chains that bind us. (LOL, I guess I can step down from my pulpit now.) So, as our San Antonio Advisor, Brian Casebolt, likes to say, onward and upward!
