to develop a practical solution and vehicle to help real estate investors of
all experience levels gather insight to this ever growing and changing marketplace.
Capitalizing on diverse backgrounds with the common thread of real estate binding
them together, Sean Brown (Residential Real Estate and experienced
BusinessExecutive), Salvatore Grasso (Commercial Real Estate
and Construction Management), and Jeff Klein (Residential Real
Estate and high-end Website Development), comprise a perfect blend of industry
know-how that has defined integrity, relevance, and leadership. The following
is a short synopsis of Sean, Salvatore, and Jeff.

SEAN
BROWN - FOUNDER and CEO
Sean Brown created NARREIA, and
is responsible for the majority of the ideas and concepts that make up NARREIA.
A top producing Las Vegas real estate agent, Sean was a Captain for United Airlines
as well as a USAF Pilot. From 1992 to 1998, he was the Vice President of Operations
for Arnautical, Inc., an aviation simulator, aircraft, and academic training
company that contracted over $100,000,000 in pilot training. During that period,
the company was responsible for putting together the team that started Frontier
Airlines. Sean was the Director of Publications and the Computer Network Administrator
for Frontier. Sean earned a Bachelor of Science in Aviation – Computer
Science from The Ohio State University in 1990. Sean is an accomplished author
and has extensive website development experience since the mid-1990’s.
His first year in real estate, he was the top producing agent and rookie of
the year in his very large office at Coldwell Banker, with 52 transactions and
almost $10,000,000 in sales, mostly in investment properties. He followed this
with an even higher volume in his second year, and continues to be a top producing
agent. Sean is the leader of the United Group, a top producing residential real
estate team with a combined total volume of nearly $60,000,000. Hosting "Nevada
Real Estate Television" (2003-2005), Sean became a well recongized name
in the Las Vegas real estate community. In 2005 Sean started focusing his efforts
on finding properties nationally and his revenue has become referral driven.
Once other key personnel are in
place, Sean will be responsible for the development of NARREIA. His duties will
include building the network of Advisors, overseeing the general direction of
the website, directing the creation of educational materials, and developing
additional components of NARREIA. He will work with the other executives in
raising more capital as well as working on investor relations. One of the tasks
he looks forward to is developing and implementing the NARREIA marketing plan.
SAL
GRASSO - CFO/COO Sal Grasso’s career in the Construction Management industry has
spanned over eight years. Sal has an MBA in Executive Management from LeMoyne
College in Syracuse, NY and a BA in Business from the University of Oswego (NY).
As a Sr. Consultant of the Energy Services division for Southland Industries,
Sal has responsibility for overseeing sales, engineering, operations, estimating,
and construction of projects within the division of performance contracting.
He has extensive experience in the successful management of numerous commercial
real estate and aerospace projects and has an outstanding track record in the
construction management arena. Mr. Grasso was a top producer for Siemens, the
fourth largest conglomerate in the world. Furthermore, he was the #1 top producing
project manager for a private arerospace-based construction firm in Southern
California. Throughout his career, Mr. Grasso has had major business development
roles on construction projects ranging from $50,000 to $240,000,000.
Sal will direct the overall financial plans
and accounting practices of our organization. He will coordinate the treasury,
accounting, budget, tax and audit activities. He will also oversee the financial
and accounting system controls and standards and ensures timely financial and
statistical reports for management and Board use.
As he is very familiar in working with developers, Sal will be a key player
when NARREIA starts working directly with these entities, forging new alliances
as well as analyzing potential projects that NARREIA may initiate. He will be
actively involved in NARREIA’s day-to-day operations and will be responsible
for some operational leadership and management input as well.
JEFF
KLEIN -
VICE PRESIDENT OF DEVELOPMENT Jeff Klein was one of the founders and owners of Bizwala, a web design
and marketing company in Las Vegas. During his five years with Bizwala, he gained
valuable marketing and project management experience which led him directly
into the NARREIA project. He earned a search engine marketing certification
and learned many internet marketing skills, helping to increase traffic and
clients to Bizwala via the web. Jeff’s strong organizational skills allowed
Bizwala to build a client base consisting of over 10,000 domains and an annual
sales volume in excess of $750,000. He managed all of Bizwala's projects, working
directly with clients, designers, and programmers. Jeff was responsible for
recruiting, interviewing, training, and coordinating the programmers, many of
whom were overseas. He lived in India for nine months during college, helping
him to relate to and communicate with NARREIA's current programming team. To
this end, he has managed 20 programmers, 6 of whom currently reside in Bangalore,
India.
Jeff is a Realtor licensed in Nevada and a NARREIA Advisor in Las Vegas. He
graduated summa cum laude from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities in
1999.
Jeff’s primary responsibility is to oversee the development
of the website. His contributions to the site are extensive, and he is one of
the few people who grasp the entire NARREIA concept. Jeff will hire and manage
all of the programmers and designers. Jeff will always be working on the next
generation of NARREIA. As it is our objective of creating not just the best
real estate website, but the best website on the internet, he has his work cut
out for him. Jeff is not a programmer, but a project manager, and while a considerable
amount of his time is spent working on the website, he is able to perform other
necessary additional tasks. To this end, he is very important in the development
of the Advisor network.
