So here we are....come to the end of another interesting high season. Yes high believe it or not! While the market has been blown wide open a few years ago, things have finally settled down and end users are looking for their product. Many investors were worried when the speculation would leave and it's finally happened. What is really interesting is the availability of affordable housing and resort get aways. Now granted affordable is always a realative term! What is interesting about our area and Destin is people are actually walking away from 10-20% of their purchase price just to escape and reduce the bleeding. The important part of this is the true investor can find incredible deals that were not available even a year ago.
We have taken a step to niche out a few websites that are launching this year to allow investors to target in on what they are looking for whether commercial, residential single family and multi family or condominiums.
